9. Going No Where

In the following days, everything seemed a bit of a blur. I knew I had to try and pick up some pieces and work out where I was going to go from this but I kept getting thrown curve balls. I received a notification on my NHS app and when I opened it it was a letter appointment to see a gastro consultant in Kings Lynn hospital. My first reaction was to almost throw my phone, and in my head was shouting FFS that hospital cant get anything right, they've sent me someone else's appointments now!

But my revenge head got the better of me and I took on the mission to find out who had sent it so I could add another name to my complaint list.

To cut a very long and frustrating story short I finally got told later that day it had been arranged by the non speaking English ENT consultant because the Mac Millan Nurse had 'told him to'. Nurses from basically voluntary organisations TELL consultants how to do their jobs at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn, obviously one of the reasons they have recently been awarded the title of worst hospital in England. This nurse, not only had been privy to the information whilst at Norwich that on my Pet Scan discussion there was a avid uptake of dye in my sigmoid colon, she had instructed the next stage of investigation without telling anyone. YES!!! I'm talking about the same Pet scan that I was told 3, yes 3 times, there was no other sign of cancer anywhere in my body by the wannabe Grand Theft Tonsils gamer boy, AND she was stood in the room listening to him blatantly lying and never spoke up! I rung her and didn't even give her an opportunity to speak before I asked her when did she think as being someone 'on my side' it was going to be a good time to tell me I probably had colon cancer as well?

I ended the call basically telling her I wouldn't be happy until until I'd took her job!

The next morning the non English ENT idiot rung me, constantly telling me the Mac Millan nurse had told him to book it, trying to pass the blame, and he booked it and saw another patient and forget to let me know what was happening and why. I put the phone down on him. So now looked like I had cancer at both ends, and no treatment plan, and no trust worthy medical people. There was only one thing to do....
